I guess the idea is to show you how procedure becomes law, but most of my classmates had no idea what probable cause really meant or when certain rights attached, until my professor explained it. I feel that's because each case considers a legal theory that moves toward the actual law and Search and seizure is so important that you can't just learn it in one class period. <br /> <br />It would be nice to just have a list of the exceptions somewhere, but they are not so simple to itemize with this book. -it has all the big cases though...and I hear we'll need to quote each one for the MBE. When I recieved the book in the mail, there was something spilt on the inside of the book causing the pages to stick together and a lot of the words to be transfered from page to page. Not to mention the book smells horid. At the moment i am searching for a way to get a refund and return the book. I am very upset with the seller! It served me well. I have an A average in the course! It was delivered in a quick and timely fashion. And the rating of the books condition was very accurate. It was in great shape for a used book and the price was right in line with a very strained budget. I will definately order from this vendor again. In short I was super pleased witht the overall transaction. This is the explination for the 5 star rating I have given this purchase choice. The alternative to this purchase was the newest edition of this book at a selling price of $175 in the campus book store. I got my great book in great condition for about $13 bucks after shipping!
